1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (different from what you ordered).

Please Note:​ Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This typically includes (but is not limited to) digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance).

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first (see section 4 below).

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 3–7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or not returned in their original condition/packaging.

  • Items purchased at a reduced price or marked as clearance/final sale (unless defective/damaged upon arrival).

  • Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
